CASE STUDY
Clothing by Lincoln is a company that had been trading for around 12 months, with no true corporate identity or direction. With two failed website company’s behind them, this client had lost all hope and trust with design agencies.
CHALLENGE
To rebuild trust: to provide the client with much-needed support and reassurance, to take a non-functional, unlisted e-commerce site, with no turnover or views, into a thriving online business. To create a clear corporate brand both online and offline.
SOLUTION
We created a high-end e-commerce site with an integrated customer account system to enhance the buying process for their customers. For the client, we incorporated a fully functional CRM system which offered ease of stock control and uploads, incorporate Invoicing and full integration with their other social shopping outlets which we created.
